Job Overview

Shriners Children's is seeking a full time Administration Department Assistant to provide administrative support to Administration and its Directors as well as department coverage.  Responsibilities include word processing, scheduling, phones, event planning and coordination, maintenance of files and record keeping systems, as well as other general office duties.

 

This position is full time, non-exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $22.85/hour - $34.27/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity. 

Responsibilities

  • Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have the skill to analyze data, create and maintain spreadsheets, problem solve and communicate effectively and tactfully in both written and oral forms, possess attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent phone and follow through skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative support required; hospital setting preferred.
