Shriners Children's St. Louis has an opportunity for a part-time / night shift Pediatric Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Unit.  Join a team of professionals committed to improving children's lives.  Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most. Hours: This part-time night shift position works 60 hours bi-weekly and every 3rd weekend.  

• The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coodination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. 
• The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. 
• This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts. 
• Must have excellent communication skills and be skillful in mentoring and teaching.
