We currently have an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Portland, OR team. Observes, operates, repairs, and maintains building, machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical systems. Responds to facility emergencies; maintains grounds, parking areas.
Schedule: Full-time (in-person)
Holidays: 9 observed holidays per year
Compensation range: The hired applicant's placement within the range is based on qualifications, professional experience and education.
Equipment Repair
• Maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment as assigned by Facilities Director.
Alarm Systems
• Maintains and operates building fire and security alarm systems according to individual system procedures on file.
Preventive Maintenance
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by Facilities Director according to established Preventive Maintenance schedule on file for individual equipment item.
Electrical Systems Inspections
• Conducts routine Electrical Systems inspections according to established procedure on file.
Maintenance Tools & Equipment
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively operate and select the tools appropriate to the task/project.
