The position of cook provides for the preparation and distribution of food to patients, visitors and staff of Shriners Hospitals.
Practices Serve Safe Sanitation
Prepares Catering Functions and consistently maintains quality
Prepares patient meals in accordance with specific diets and is prepared at meal time
Ensures proper temp of all food served in accordance with state and federal guidelines
The temp of our food is at acceptable level according to or policy and procedure manual
Prepare cafeteria meals according to specific menu
