Responsibilities

  • The Medical Technologist analyzes and report lab values as part of the interdisciplinary care of our patients. 
  • Diagnostic procedures performed may include chemistry, microbiology, hemostasis, hematology, blood banking, urinalysis and phlebotomy.

 

This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Medical Technology, CLS or Science 
  • 1 year Clinical Laboratory required, new grads accepted.
  • MLT (ASCP), CLS or Equivalent certification 
  • Med. Tech license in state of practice
