Job Overview

The Corporate Director of Human Resource Information Systen (HRIS) will oversee the Workday implementation and maintenance process. The Corporate Director of HRIS will also be responsible for other proprietary and third-party systems.

 

The ideal candidate will have healthcare Workday implementation experience in a leadership capacity. The position is on-site and based in Tampa, Florida. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of Workday
  • Configure the HRIS to meet specific business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Workday system
  • Implement enhancements and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage, present and attend corporate meetings to support the corporate departments impacted by HRIS
  • Provide updates and education to staff during implementation of Workday
  • Translate complex information from a technical perspective to the business partners
  • Analyze, audit and verify collection of accurate data
  • Generate accurate and timely reporting from Workday and other HRIS
  • Communicate program design updates/changes to employees and necessary third parties
  • Thoroughly test program enhancements and updates prior to implementation
  • Design and distribute training materials for HRIS enhancements and implementations
  • Troubleshoots problems/issues within HRIS HR, Benefits and Payroll and interfaces to ancillary systems
  • Monitor and maintain integration systems that are connected to Workday
  • Discover inefficiencies in HRIS business processes and implement required process improvements
  • Partner with IT to identify and resolve and technical issues impacting data integration
  • Develop and execute an ongoing HR technology strategy

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
  • 8+ years HRIS management experience

Preferred:

  • HRIS Healthcare Experience
  • ERP/Workday Implementation Experience
