The Administrative Assistant, O&P will provide administrative support to the Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) Department as well as receptionist duties for the Central Fabrication (CFab) East Building as well as Admin/Billing teams. The Assistant will perform general office functions such as the receipt and routing of incoming phone calls, mail distribution, project tracking, task list management, presentation design, assembly and coordination, copying and management of records and purchasing of office and kitchenette supplies. The person in this role will coordinate appointments/schedules and make extensive travel arrangements as well as onsite training, and will provide backup support for Shipping and Receiving as well as Supply Chain, ONLY when needed. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality handling employee records involving salary and performance appraisal information and provide administrative support to all facets of the department.
