Shriners Children’s Salt Lake City is seeking a visionary leader with experience in program development to fill the role of Medical Director of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. We are looking for a candidate with leadership experience and a growth mindset, who is passionate about advancing pediatric orthopedic care, and has experience with a broad range of pediatric orthopedic conditions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload of pediatric orthopedic patients and driving innovative initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Additionally, this physician will lead our transition to a new clinical location and will need to coordinate closely with our academic partner, the University of Utah, and our clinical partner, Intermountain Health/Primary Children's Hospital.

• Completion of a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery fellowship program.
• At least eight years post-fellowship experience required.
• Preferred national reputation in the field.
• Board certification by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership capabilities.
• Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Utah.
