The Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician II fabricates orthotic and/or prosthetic devices with minimum supervision of the supervisor/director. This position repairs and adjusts orthotic and/or prosthetic devices as needed, while maintaining laboratory equipment and participating in inventory control. Opportunity to develop CAD design skills and to work with the clinician’s in-patient directed care. Knowledge of organizing fabrication schedules and timelines with supervisor.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of experience working with Orthotics and/or Prosthetics
Preferred:
ABC Certified Technician through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (or eligible)
