We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant at our amazing hospital here in Greenville SC. This position will provide you with an opportunity to provide administrative support to the Administrator of the hospital where you will be involved with a variety of duties and responsibilities that support our hospital and its important mission for our patients and families. This role will also provide support for our Board Chairman and Board of Governors as well as other visiting Shrine and Corporate Executives. Provides key support to the Administrator of the Hospital, the Board Chairman, Board of Governors and visiting Shrine and Corporate Executives; acts as a resource to staff and the general public regarding assigned areas of responsibility; coordinates and manages specialized administrative projects. Position exercises professional and ethical judgment in the performance of duties. Assists Administrator with day-to-day operations of Administration including but not limited to the management of office affairs, secretarial and administrative support. Acts as a liaison between Administrator and Directors. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of record keeping systems, meeting minutes, correspondence and policies and procedures. This position functions independently in carrying out assigned processes, workflow and operations while maintaining confidentiality of information.
