  • 49-bed inpatient facility with an outpatient clinic and walk-in fracture clinic located in North Philadelphia
  • Outreach clinics in Doylestown, PA and San Juan, Puerto Rico

Job Overview

 

Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric sub-specialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a full time Clinical Analyst to join our Management Information Services Team.  The position will work 4, 10 hour days (6:00 am - 4:30 pm) Monday - Thursday.  No weekends/holidays. 

 

****This position is in person and not remote .****

Responsibilities

  • Provides user support and training in all aspects of clinical information systems, including planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating all activities. Activities include the maintenance and implementation of all clinical information systems and their interfaces to other systems and devices in the hospital. To act as a liaison between clinical, technical, administrative and home office staff in regards to the clinical information.
  • Plans, organizes, communicates and coordinates all activities related to clinical information systems. 
  • Provides user support, maintenance and on-going training for the clinical information system and related interfaces and devices. 
  • Maintains an understanding of the work-flow, process, policies and procedures that impact the hospital and are related to the clinical information system. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related Health Care Field preferred.

Three years experience in Information systems, specific to healthcare preferred.

Three years Project management and database experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

RN licensure in state of hospital preferred.
