The Associate Director of Philanthropy is responsible for working independently to develop relationships and deepen engagement with current donors to support Shriners Children’s Spokane. This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating prospective donors from communities in the hospital’s service territory to increase financial support. Activities include soliciting major gifts, nurturing donor relationships through regular contact, communication with and recognition of donors.
The pay range for this position is $59,151 - 152,190 Yr. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and department equity.
