Job Overview

The Media Engagement Senior Coordinator is responsible for media organization, digital asset management, and creative services in alignment with organizational goals, strategies and branding. The Media Engagement Senior Coordinator will work the Media Engagement Coordinator, Headquarters staff, and applicable vendors to develop, produce, and organize creative assets for use across fundraising channels. The Senior Coordinator will also provide technical support for DRTV pre-production and post-production. This position is part of the Direct Response Marketing team, whose focus is on national and local direct response marketing programs to increase revenue and brand awareness for the mission of Shriners Children’s.

Responsibilities

  • Creative development and editing of custom audio and video content for evergreen and campaign-specific use across national and local fundraising channels, and in line with brand standards and goals
  • Creating brand-approved custom content for use across national and local events, networking conferences, campaigns, and evergreen use including, but not limited to, PowerPoints, documents, brochures, cards, videos, and basic animations
  • Creating brand-approved templates for use across Shriners Children’s headquarters and individual location needs including, but not limited to, PowerPoints, documents, brochures, cards, videos, and basic animations
  • Intaking, organizing, tagging, and distributing footage and video assets using both external hard drives and digital storage solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of historical and new media and developing strategies around best use for media assets pertaining to campaigns, strategic partners, donors, board members, and Exec. team needs
  • Assisting with pre-production planning as it relates to camera, lighting, and photography setup needs to ensure success from a post-production standpoint
  • Assisting with DRTV post-production as needed including, but not limited to, reviewing video content for technical and branding accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct response marketing
  • Experience with Mac and PC hardware
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma/GED

Preferred:

  • Experience working with non-profit organizations
  • Experience with digital asset management software (e.g. MerlinOne)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, graphic design, marketing, or a related fine arts or communications field
