Decontaminates, processes, stores sterile instrumentation, hardware, and equipment for intraoperative use. Maintains, tests, and provides documentation for all sterilization equipment as required by standards. Establishes PARS and maintains same in cast materials, shapes needed parts according to patients' physical requirements, and assists cast applications in the Operating Room. Assists patient care as requested in OR and EPACU. Performance is reflective of the mission, vision, and values of SHC.

High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
Central Sterile Supply-1 year
Aseptic Technique-1 year
Certifications:
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) preferred
or
OR Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) preferred
