At Shriners Children's St. Louis, we have a team of physicians and specialists who are highly trained and experienced in pediatric orthopedics. This team is equipped to treat children with a variety of different orthopedic conditions ranging from mild to complex. The Nurse Clinical Coordinator provides leadership, direction and clinical support to nursing staff to promote quality patient care and a safe work environment. The successful leader will monitor staff performance, attendance/tardiness, and support a professional work environment with a team approach. In this position, you'll be responsible for supervising orientation of new staff, educating staff on policies and procedures and always look for performance improvement opportunities.
