Job Overview

Provides user support and training in all aspects of clinical information systems, including planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating all activities. Activities include the maintenance and implementation of all clinical information systems and their interfaces to other systems and devices in the hospital. To act as a liaison between clinical, technical, administrative and home office staff in regards to the clinical information system.

 

This position is full-time, exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $89,148 - $133,744/year. Compensation is based on years of experience and departmental equity. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plans, organizes, communicates and coordinates all activities related to clinical information systems. 
  • Provides user support, maintenance and on-going training for the clinical information system and related interfaces and devices. 
  • Maintains an understanding of the workflow, process, policies and procedures that impact the hospital and are related to the clinical information system. 
  • Maintains compliance with all expectations regarding departmental and hospital policies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related Health Care Field.
  • Three years experience in Information systems, specific to healthcare.
  • Three years Project management and database experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
