The Senior Coordinator, Digital Fundraising will be an integral part of the digital fundraising team responsible for assisting in the strategy, development, segmentation, analysis of all digital direct response fundraising initiatives, which include email, social media, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and programmatic programs. Provides support to the Director, Digital Fundraising and Associate Director, Digital Fundraising on all campaigns, digital projects and donor journeys with the focus to acquire, retain, reactivate and upgrade digital donors. Provides technological support for on-line fundraising platform (Classy) to internal staff and donors to ensure the best in-class experience.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising email communication strategies to engage and retain donors. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of email campaigns, from planning and content creation to delivery and performance analysis. Ensures that all email communications are aligned with the organization's goals and effectively reach the target audience. Collaborates with various teams and vendor partners to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall email communication strategy. Occasional travel will be required for this role.
