Job Overview

We currently have an opening for a full-time Environmental Services Tech (Housekeeper) to join our Salt Lake City, UT team. Must have basic knowledge of good housekeeping and laundry practices. Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others and communicate appropriately with other departments. Capable of evaluating the quality of the services that we provide. Necessary to follow Universal Precautions, Infection Control and Safety guidelines.

 

Schedule: Full-time (in-person)

Holidays: 9 observed holidays per year

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the disinfection of routine & terminal cleaning in areas assigned.
  • Removes soiled linens from department to the soiled utility room.
  • Sweeps, wet mops, vacuums floors and spot cleans carpet.
  • Notifies Manager of any conditions that affect the quality of service provided by department.

Qualifications

 

Preferred

  • High School/GED
  • 1 year experience in environmental services or laundry
