Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas. 
  • The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome. 
  • Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population. 
  • Responsibilities include attendance at patient rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • PharmD
  • Ohio Pharmacy license
  • Critical Care Pharmacy Residency (PGY2)
  • 1 - 2 years pediatric hospital pharmacy experience

Preferred:

  • Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS)
  • Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP)
