We currently have a full-time opportunity available for a Respiratory Therapy Manager to join our Patient Care Services team.
This position is full time, exempt and benefit eligible. The salary range for this position is $123,032 - $184,558/year. Compensation is based on years of experience and departmental equity.
The Respiratory Manager is accountable for overall management of Respiratory Therapy services for inpatient and outpatients. Hires Respiratory Therapists; insures staff competency; participates in ongoing staff development activities; evaluates performance of staff; directs ongoing evaluation of safety and quality of patient care; develops annual operating and capital equipment budgets in accordance with organizational and patient care needs; plans and controls staff and supply utilization within allocated funds; collaborates with administrative, medical and interdisciplinary staff in the analysis and improvement of programs systems and staff development; provides direct patient care as necessary.
