Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Department Assistant to join our team.
This position is per diem, non-exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $36.00/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
The Department Administrative Assistant supports the team through performing clerical functions such as meeting minutes, creating letters and spreadsheets, maintaining Outlook calendars for the team, ordering supplies and supporting the leader and department. Specific tasks include answering the department phone, reserving conference rooms, preparing reports, maintaining computer time and attendance.
