Job Overview

Shriners Children's Philadelphia has an opening for a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Access Scheduler to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • The Patient Access Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling Outpatient, MAC, and Therapy appointments, as assigned. 
  • Is responsible for scheduling via incoming phone calls, work queues and emails. Also responsible for prioritizing scheduling requests based on visit type and requested return date.
  • This position will report to the Patient Access Supervisor.
  • This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

2 year+ experience in scheduling and registration preferred
