Assesses orders for accuracy and clarifies with providers prior to imaging. Review of images for diagnostic quality, which includes proper collimation, use of markers and postioning accuracy.
Documents consistently and accurately in EMR, PACS and any other systems per hospital requirements.
Demonstrates competent technical skills in the use of imaging equipment, quality control and troubleshooting.
Required:
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology
Basic Life Support (BLS)
