Shriners Children's New England has a part time Department Administrative Assistant position available. Responsibilities include scheduling and registration in the Rehab department. Position schedule is 7:30am to 12:30pm, Tuesday through Friday.
Responsible for office coordination duties including scheduling and day to day operations. Performs departmental clerical duties and transcription for Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. Performs special assignments as requested by Rehab manager. Performs Receptionist duties for the Rehab department with good communication skills in a pleasant professional manner. May perform duties as requested for other departments.

High School diploma/GED
Skills and Experience
1 year administrative experience in office setting preferred
1 year experience with medical terminology/transcription/office skills required
