Shriners Children’s Boston is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in providing world-class care to children with complex medical needs. This position is ideal for providers looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in a mission-driven pediatric setting.
The minimum requirement is one shift per month, though PRN providers can typically expect availability for approximately four shifts per month based on departmental needs and provider availability.
This PRN role supports our interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, patient- and family-centered care to pediatric burn and cleft lip and palate patients in a clinic setting. Responsibilities may include conducting pre-op assessments, providing direct patient care, collaborating with attending physicians and care teams, and supporting continuity of care in an outpatient setting.
The pay range for this position is $54.58 to $93.56 per hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
