Job Overview

The Corporate Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager leads the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to support strategic decision-making across the health system. This role collaborates with executive leadership, clinical operations, finance, and IT to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement, growth, and value-based care strategies. The Manager oversees data governance processes, manages analytics tools/platforms, and supports a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide dashboards, scorecards, and data visualization tools to support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop analytic solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage and validate data sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and governance across business intelligence platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional analytics projects and teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with IT to implement and maintain business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Epic Clarity/Caboodle, or other platforms.
  • Conduct advanced analytics including trend analyses, predictive modeling, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives and value-based care.
  • Train and mentor internal teams and stakeholders in data interpretation, analytics tools, and decision support methodologies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare performance improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field

 

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Epic Clarity, SQL)
  • Supervisory or project management experience in a data/analytics setting
  • Master's Degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • CHDA, Epic Cogito Certification, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or related certification
