Job Overview

The Corporate Manager of Clinical Service Line Program Development oversees the enterprise-wide strategy, design, implementation, and performance of clinical service line programs. This role partners with executive leadership, clinical directors, market teams, and external stakeholders to ensure programs meet quality, financial, regulatory, and access objectives. Responsibilities include developing business cases, financial models, governance structures, and operational pathways to support growth, integration, and alignment with Vision 2035.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, launch, and evaluation of system-wide service line initiatives  
  • Partner with markets and corporate teams to set strategic goals and KPIs  
  • Conduct market analysis, financial feasibility, capacity planning, and volume forecasting
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams in designing clinical pathways, operational models and governance structures
  • Draft business plans, executive presentations, and board-level reports to support decision making
  • Cultivate external partnerships to expand service line reach and access
  • Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor on service line strategy

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
  • 5+ years experience in healthcare service line development, program management, or strategic planning in a multi-site health system

 

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a matrixed or integrated health system environment
