Are you looking for a fun and meaningful way to bring Christmas joy to children in our community? We have a magical opportunity for you!

Shriners Children’s Greenville is seeking seasonal, temporary Santa’s Workshop Helpers to join our team this Christmas season. As one of Santa’s trusted helpers, you will help receive and organize toy donations, maintain inventory, and assist in presenting toys to our wonderful patients.

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Receive and inventory donated toys

Sort and categorize toys by age and type

Present toys to patients as they arrive at Shriners Children’s Greenville

Maintain a clean and organized workshop space

Assist with moving and storing inventory as needed

 

2 openings, part time hours per week 27.5 Hours may be more flexible for set up and tear down.

Two shifts:

Monday through Friday,

1st shift 7:30am – 1:00pm

2nd shift 12:00-5:30pm

Start Date: November 17, 2025 through January 5, 2026

Hours for setting up Santa’s workshop: 2 seasonal employees, 6 hour shifts

Monday, November 17th 9:00am-3:00pm

Tuesday, November 18th 9:00am-3:00pm

Wednesday, November 19th 9:00am-3:00pm

Thursday, November 20th 9:00am-3:00pm

Friday, November 21st 9:00am-3:00pm

Monday, November 24th 9:00am-3:00pm

Tuesday, November 25th 9:00am-3:00pm

Monday, December 1st 9:00am-3:00pm

Tuesday, December 2nd 9:00am-3:00pm

Wednesday December 3rd 9:00am-3:00pm

Thursday, December 4th Santa’s Workshop Opening Day

1st shift 7:30am – 1:00pm

2nd shift 12:00-5:30pm

Regular hours for Santa’s Workshop from December 8th through December 31st.

Qualifications

Education

High School/GED preferred

 

 

Skills

Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds is a plus

Friendly, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about the Christmas season!

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift

Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 lbs

Comfortable with repetitive motion and standing for extended periods
