Shriners Children's has a full time EVS Tech II position available; 11am-7pm.  No weekends or on-call.

This position is an important part of our team because you will keep the patient's room clean so the patient and family can focus on healing.

• Performs duties related to preventive and corrective cleaning procedures.
• Is able to perform all Tech I responsibilities including but not limited to the 7 Step Cleaning Method, the 8 Step Cleaning Method for washrooms, making up of surgery beds, carts and spine beds as needed,
  
• Moves furniture, equipment and supplies, set-up tables and chairs for functions. Operates buffers, scrubbers, extractors and other equipment.
• Strips, waxes, buffs and mops floor.
• Removes bio-hazard waste, pharmacy waste, trash, recycling and soiled linen, and transports to appropriate area. The Tech II position is considered a lead shift position.
• Other duties as assigned.
