We are seeking a full time Patient Access Scheduler to join our team!  Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

• The Patient Access Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling Outpatient, MAC, and Therapy appointments, as assigned. 
• Is also responsible for scheduling via incoming phone calls, work queues and emails.
• Will be responsible for prioritizing scheduling requests based on visit type and requested return date.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS diploma/GED required
• Associate's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of Patient access experience in pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a call center or dedicated scheduling environment preferred
