Job Overview

The Workday System Analyst role will focus on Workday HR Administration, configuration, and support across the HCM workstreams, including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, optimizing HR processes, and providing responsive end-user support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Administering configuration and maintenance of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation).
  • Managing business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and reporting structures for HR-related functionality.
  • Supporting HR users with troubleshooting, data corrections, and process guidance across HCM.
  • Testing and implementing Workday releases and enhancements impacting HR functionality.
  • Partnering with HR leadership and HR Operations to ensure system design aligns with policies, compliance, and organizational needs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, FDM or Supply Chain).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree 

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Workday Pro Certified in HCM Module
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday configuring and supporting at least two modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks.
