Job Overview

This position performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Facilities Department.  Responsible for answering and routing telephone calls, data entry for Computer Management Maintenance Software (CCMS), ordering supplies for the department, scheduling contract maintenance for the Manager: Facilities, Safety and Security, Engineering Supervisor, and in support of the Facilities Management Department.

 

 

Schedule: Full time, FTE 1.0

 

The pay range for this position is $27.88/hr. - $39.36/hour.  Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and department equity. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Performs ongoing secretarial support for the Manager: Facilities, Safety & Security, Engineering Supervisor, and the department as requested
  • Maintains a variety of computerized (ITMS and Lawson) and manual record keeping systems for the Facility Management Department ensuring recovery of information and timely reporting
  • Performs a variety of activities to assist in proper record keeping, maintenance, and repairs of biomedical equipment
  • Expectations regarding policies and procedures of department, hospital and professional interaction

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Associate in related field
  • 2 years Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Computer skills/windows based
