The Executive Administrative Assistant for Shriners Children’s Research Institute (SCRI) reports to and provides primary administrative and operational support to the Director of SCRI who is responsible for the oversight of the Research Institute. The Executive Administrative Assistant coordinates all official correspondence requiring the Director of SCRI’s approval and dissemination. The Executive Administrative Assistant effectively manages multiple projects, programs and initiatives within the institute as directed, understands the requirements of the other members of the institute, and prioritizes allocation of the executive’s time when discerning scheduled events or meetings. The Executive Administrative Assistant will demonstrate willingness and ability to be flexible, function as a team player, multi-task, and prioritize assignments to meet time-sensitive deadlines. The Executive Administrative Assistant demonstrates/exhibits excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as professional acumen in interpersonal interactions.
