Shriners Hospitals for Children-Northern California is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in our Motion Analysis Center (MAC).
This position is full-time and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $57.38 - $81.01/hour. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and department equity.
The focus of this position will be to perform state of the art physical therapy evaluation, coupled with 3D Motion Capture, in the evaluation and assessment of pediatric patients with complex movement difficulties. This core member of the Motion Analysis Center team will provide clinical support by performing physical examinations, data collection and integration & interpretation of kinematic, kinetic, electromyographic, foot pressure, and clinical data into a comprehensive report for treatment decision making. Duties will also include participation in gait and biomechanics research and providing education to the community and medical staff.
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team in the development of evidence-based treatment planning for our patients. Through our dynamic team approach, you'll work with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care to meet the needs of the pediatric patients and their family.
