Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Resource Navigator to join our team.

The Resource Navigator works closely with the Care Management team to proactively address potential or actual transportation and lodging needs for patients and families. The Resource Navigator assists patients and families with navigating and accessing external resources, support systems, and information by telephone or in person. Works closely with the Shriners System Team that coordinates international patient visits and treatments. This position also coordinates local van driver schedules related to needs for transports to & from the airport, Ronald McDonald Housing or to affiliate hospital for surgery. This position supports related data tracking and other support needs as determined by the Care Management team.
This is a part-time position working 5-6 hours per day Monday – Friday.
