Job Overview

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level executive and operational support to the Corporate Director of the Executive Vice President office. 

 

This position will be filled through a staff agency on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to department in the Office of the Executive Vice President.

 

Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings and events, arranging travel and preparing itineraries, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. The role also serves as a liaison between the Executive Vice President’s office and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination of priorities and projects.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and proactively support the overall effectiveness and daily operations of the department in the Executive Vice President’s office.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 years of administrative assistant experience in a professional business office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Organizational skills, self-motivated approach
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork and attention to detail
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in a professional environment
  • High School Diploma/GED
