The House Supervisor is accountable and responsible for all hospital activities on the evening, night, and weekend shifts. This responsibility involves assisting nursing staff with problem solving in patient care issues and assuming responsibility for the functions of ancillary departments, partially or not staffed, during these shifts. This role provides leadership in the area of clinical practice, education, administration, research and consultation.
This position is per diem, non exempt and health benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $79.73/hour - $119.59/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
